Warrand For shutting up the meeting house at St Ninians

Sir James Steuart his Majesties Advocat Having represented to the Councill that Mr James Hunter Late Minister at Stirling and who keeped a meeting house at St Ninians being by their Lordships putt from that meeting house albeit since the Councills sentence He hes desisted to preach himself at the said meeting house yet He Imployes other persons not qualified and disaffected to the Government to preach at the same The Lords of his Majesties privie Councill Doe Heirby ordaine the said meeting house to be closed and shutt up And Recommends to Leivt Collonell John Areskine Deputie Governour of the Castle of Stirling to see the samen accordingly done And to take care that the same be not made open againe nor made use of for preaching or exercising any part of the ministeriall function therat in any tyme coming otheruayes then by order of Law
