Warrand to take Lopnes and uthers cautioner hinc inde in a Lawburrowes

The Lords of his majesties privie Counsell doe heirby allow Robert Elphingstowne of Lopnes Malcolm Scollay of Huntore Robert Scollay of Wdnes and others who are charged with Lawbarrows at the instance of Patrick Fea of Whytehall and James Fea his sone to be cautioners each one for others in the Suspensione of the said Lawbarrowes and allowes and gives warrand to the clerks of privie Counsell to receave each of the saids Robert Elphingstoun Malcome and Robert Scollayes and others cawtioners for one another in the said suspension Accordingly
