The Lords of his majesties privie Counsell haveing considered the petitione given in to them be James Mcneill in the brwike of Dovan cotter ther They heirby allow ther clerks to give out Letters for citeing of James Halyday of Tillibole and others complained upon in the said petitione To compear befor the saids Lords of privie Counsell upon the first Counsell day in March next to ansuer to the points of the said petitione and grants warrand for citeing of wittnesses And gives order and warrand to the magistrats of Kinross within whose tollbwith or theives holl the petitioner is to sett him at Libertie furth therof He first inacting himself in the books of privie Counsell that he Shall appear befor the saids Lords of privie Counsell the Day foirsaid and prosecute the said lybell And attend the severall dyets of the process untill the same be fullie discwst and determined wnder the penaltie of Two Hundereth merks Scotts
