Sir James Oglivie his Majesties Sollicitor haveing acquainted the Council That he had a Letter from London from his majesties Advocat That there is a Clamor made ther That the Stueart of Orkney2 hes not only secured the persone of […] who Commanded the English Friggote but also That He detaines the ship itself And that the Lord Advocat desyred him to acquaint the Council therof The Lords of his majesties privy Councill Doe Hereby appoynt the said Sir James Ogilvie to speak with the Stueart of Orkney himself in this affair an give accompt to my Lord Advocat of what he sayes.
