The Lords of his majesties privie Councell haveing considered a petitione given in to them be The heretors ministers and elders of the paroch of Kincardin with the answers made therto for Agnes Simpsone They doe heirby recall ther former act of the date the third day of December Last in favours of the said Agnes Simpsone allowing her the vaccant Stipend of Kincardin for the cropt and yeir of God J^aj vi^c nyntie four and declares the same to be void and null as if the Samen had never been granted And in Leiu therof doe hereby allow to the said Agnes Simpsone the Vaccant Stipend of the Kirk of Leckropt for the haill crotp and yeir of God J^aj vi^c nyntie five And ordaines her to be readily ansuered obeyed and payed therof be the heretors fewars possessors tenents and others lyable in payment of the said yeirs Stipend And ordaines Letters of horning under the Signet of Councell on fiftein dayes to be direct at the petitioners instance Against the heretors fewars wodsetters Liferenters possessors and others foresaids upon a productione of a decreit of Localitie And in caice ther be non ordaines the heretors And others foresaids to make payment of ther Respective proportiones of the said yeirs Stipend according as they Shall be decerned by the Judge ordinary
