Act Taking off Major Buchans banishment

Sir James Steuart his Majesties Advocat Having reported to the Counill That Major James Buchan who is Enacted to depairt out of his Majesties dominions and hes Given bond and found Caution That he shall Live peacably under his Majesties Government and appear when Called for before he depairt the dominions Hes now suorn and signed the oath of alleadgance and signed the Assurance And being thus qualified Craves that he may have up his Enactment And bond and that the Councills sentence pronunced against him upon the fifteenth day of Aprile Last bypast may be taken off The Lords of his Majesties privie Councill Doe heirby take off the forsaid sentence of Banishment pronunced against the said Major James Buchan And Declares him quyte therof and free therfrae in all tyme Coming And Doe heirby Give order and warrand to the Clerks of privy Councill to deliver and Give up to the said Major James Buchan the said Enactment and bond granted by him and his Cautioner For which this shall be a sufficient warrand to all Concerned
