Warrand allowing the Lord Drumcairne and Sir William Bruce to take the Ayre
The Lords of his majesties privie Councill doe Hereby recomend to the Earle of Leven Governour of the Castle of Edinburgh and in his absence gives ordor and warrand to the next Commanding officer there To allow the Late Lord Drumcairne and Sir William Bruce to goe abroad each of them alone without conversing one with another the space of half ane Hour each day To take the aire at any place within the said Castle any one of the officers of the Garisone being alwayes present with each of the said two persons And discharges the officer to suffer or permitt them to speak or converse the one with the other or with any other persone whatsoever in respect they are closs prisoners.
