Warrand to delyver two men frae Lesmahagow to Collonell Hills regiment

The Lords of his Majesties privie Councell Doe heirby ordaine Archbald Campbell and John Mitchell tuo men putt out in the present Levy by the heretors of the paroch of Lesmahagow to be transported to Glasgow and delyvered ther to the officers of Collonell Hills regiment upon the tenth day of June next And ordaines the saids officers to receave the saids tuo men as sufficient men without payment or exacting of any penaltie from the outputters In respect the saids tuo persons are found sufficient by Andrew Hay of Craignethen who is appointed Judge by the saids Lords of privie Councell to determine all Differences and debates betuixt the Commissioners of supplie in the overwaird of Clidsdale and the officers and uere offered to Ensigne Cunynghame and refuised by him Conforme to a declaration under Craignethens hand and ane instrument taken against the said Ensigne both produced to the privie Councell
