Anent the petitione given in to the Lords of his majesties privie Counsell be Margaret Kennedy Spouse to Mr Robert Arbwthnot Late minister at Canunall Shewing That wheras the petitioner being left by her husband more then a yeir agoe with six small childrein in great povertie haveing nothing to mentaine them and herself the undoubted patrones and sole heretors of the wnited churches of Tinwalle and Trailflatt in the Shereffdome of Drumfreise Comiserateing ther said circumstances are pleased to give the petitioner ther consent for the Stipend of the saids churches vaccand for the cropt and yeir of God Jaj vic nyntie four yeirs Ther Lordships authoritie being interposed As the said consent therwith produced more fullie bears And therfore humbly craveing to the effect eftermentioned As the said petitione bears The saids Lords of his majesties privie Counsell haveing considered the above petitione with a testificat of the patrons and heretors of the above wnited paroches of Tinwalls and Traillsflatt mentioned therin and prodwced therwith they heirby allow to the petitioners the Stipend of the Saids wnited churches of Tinwald and Traillsflatt for the haill cropt and yeir of God Jaj vic and nyntie four and ordaines her to be readiely ansuered obeyed and payed of the saids yeirs Stipend be the heretors fewers wodsetters Liferenters fermers titulars tacksemen of teinds tennents possessors and others lyable in payment of the said yeirs Stipend And ordaines Letters of Horning on fiftein Dayes and others needfull to pass heiron at the petitioners instance against the heretors and others foirsaids Lyable in payment of the saids yeirs Stipend upon productione of a decreit of Localitie And in caise ther be non Ordaines the heretors and others foirsaids to make payment of ther respective proportiones of the Samen According as they Shall be decerned and determined by the Judge ordinarie
