Act Earle of Argyle to buy two Horses

The Lords of his majesties privy Councill doe hereby authorize and allow the Earle of Arguyle To buy from William Biggor of Wolmet his two Coach Horses and if these Horses be seized by the publict ordors Ordain’s the persones in whose hands they are or shall be to delyver them to the said Earle so soon as he buyes the same
