Approbatione of Blair and Mr David Drummonds imprisonment

The Lord Justice Clerk haveing reported That upon informatione of the Lord Drummonds escape at the Castle of Stirline his Lordship did give ordor for secureing […] Drummond of Blair and Master David Drummond Advocat as persons who may be supposed to be know’n in the Lord Drummonds concern’s and that they are committed prisoners to Edinburgh Tolbooth The Councill approv’s of what the Lord Justice Clerk hes done in imprisoneing the said two persones and recomends to the Lord Justice Clerk and Master Francis Montgomerie to call and examine the said persones once this afternoon And to report to the Councill at their meeting the morrow in the forenoon
