Warrand for Committing the Lord Drummond to the Castle of Edinburgh

A letter from Robert Pringle under secretary to the Lord Secretary Ogilvie dated from Nivill the 16/26 Jully Instant signifying that it is his Majesties pleasure that the Lord Drummond should Continow prisoner untill his Majesties farder orders And that the Lord Secretary should signifie the same to the Councill read and delivered back to the Lord Secretary And the Lords of his Majesties privie Councill doe heirby Recommend to the Earle of Leven Constable and Governour of the Castle of Edinburgh and in his absence Gives order and warrand to the next Commanding officer ther, to receave and detaine the Lord Drummond prisoner in the said Castle untill his Majesties farder orders theranent And appoints the Lord Drummond to Enter himself prisoner betuixt and the morrow at tuelve in the fornoon
