Act and Comissione Countess of Weems anent the tunnage impositione
Petitione the Cowntess of Weems read and the Cowncell Doe heirby recomend to the Lord Ruthven Mr Francis Montgomerie and Sir Robert Cheisely Lord proveist of Edinburgh to call for Mr Slazer And Mr Adair and Hew Browne writer in Edinburgh who is appointed collector for them of the within impositione And to take accompt how much of the forsaid impositione is uplifted or collected And in the mean tyme Discharges any fwrder exacting of the within impositione from forraige vessells that Shall that Shall2 come to export coall and Salt untill furder order from the Counsell And recomends to the Comittie 3 tomorrow at ten in the foirnoon And to report ther procedour in this mater to the Cownsell And declaires any two of the Committie to be a sufficient qworwm
