Report Milita of Edinburgh they allowed to Muster

The Lord provost of Edinburgh represented to the Councill That the militia of Edinburgh not being yet mustered in respect they were not made up among the neigbourheid Severall neighbours concurreing to put out one man amongst them which takeing tyme they could not randivouze at first but they are now made up and readie The Councill allow’s them to mouster in respect they have not as yet mustered and that the men be particularlie listed who are present
