Warrand for stoping the Lord Drumonds denunciation and giving up his bond

The Lords of his Majesties privie Councill Considering that the Lord Drummond Having failzied to appear upon Citation before them was thereupon ordered to be Denunced And Having now rendered himself and appeared before their Lordships the saids Lords ordered him to prisone And heirby stopps furder procedure upon the Certificatione granted against the said Lord Drummond And discharges him to be Denunced And Gives order and warrand to the Clerks of privy Councill to delyver up to the said Lord Drummond the bond granted by him as principall and Thomas Hay of Bussie as Cautioner for his peacable behaviour and appearance when called for dated the fifth day of September Jaj vjc nyntie five years
