The Lord Justice Clerk acquainted the Councill That James Cockburne Goldsmith in Edinburgh was this Last night seized and imprisoned by ordor of his Lordship and Sir Thomas Livingstoune Commander in Cheiff of his majesties forces within this kingdome committed prisoner The Councill approv’s therof and appoynts Sir James Cockburne to continow prisoner till farder ordor
