Interloquitor John Drum
The Lords of his majesties privie Councell haveing Considered a representatione and qweries given in to them be Leivetennent Collonell Areskein preses to a court of the Comissioners of Justiciary for secureing the peace of the Highlands Holden at Ballawnder the Sixth day of September Jaj vic nyntie five yeirs Anent a proces Depending before the saids Comissioners against John Drum in Burnfoot of Boqwhane and William Cwngingham of Bwchan his maister anent a Stollen horse They herby Decern and ordain the said John Drum to restore and redeliver the horse Stollen frae Donald Cameron in Camoborain in Rennoch and bought frae Patrick Glass who Stealled the same back again to the said Donald Cameron frae whom the same was Stollen And that in respect that the said Patrick Glass is seased upon and comitted prisoner Since the said horse was Stollen and sold And haveing assoillied And heirby assoillies the said John Drum And the said William Cwningham of Bwqwhan his maister from the haill other pointes and articles of the said lybell raised befor the saids Comissioners of Justiciary And declaires them qwyte therof and frie therfrae in all tyme comeing And Discharges any proces intented or to be intented against them befor any other Judges anent the Stealling of the foirsaid horse or others Lybelled Reserveing allways actione Against the said Patrick Glass for the price of the said Stollen Horse
