Recommendation to the Thesaurie anent provisions to the army

The Lords of his Majesties privie Councill Finds Conform to the acts of parliament Jaj vjc Eightie one and Jaj vjc and nyntie three That what charges or expences shall be necessary for Carrying bread or other provisions to his Majesties forces while they Ly in Encampment this year The same should be payed by his majestie And they heirby Recommend to the Lords Commissioners of his Majesties Thesaury to Consider in what way and manner the bread and other provisions for the army may be Convoyed and Carryed to the Camp at the easiest pryces And to take Care that the saids provisions be Conveyed and the persons who Carry or Convey the same be payed for the Carriage at such rates as they can most easily aggree
