Act inhabitants of Glenbucket

The Lords of his majesties privie Counsell haveing considered the report of a Comittie of ther own number appointed for reviseing the accompts resting be his Majesties forces to the Countrie Beareing that The comittie haveing considered the accompts given in to them as resting be his majesties forces to the inhabitants within the paroch of Glenbwchet with ther instructiones and verificationes therof They find the haill articles of the said accompt Sufficiently verified and proven be the oathes and depositiones of the Saids inhabitants taken befor two of the comissioners of Supplie within the Shyre of Aberdeen Conforme to the comissioners report Subscribed by them written upon the end of the Said accompt Beareing that the persones in the accompt depones befor them that the articles therof were furnished befor the first of February Jaj vic nyntie ane yeirs And no pairt of them payed And that they doe not exceed two thirds of ther pay which accompt and report was produced to and considered by the said comittie And finds that conforme to the said accompt and instructiones therof ther is resting be his majesties forces upon Scotts pay to the Saids inhabitants within the Said paroch of Glenbucket the Soumes following viz be the deceast Lord Angws his regiment of foot the Soume of Ane Hundereth threttie four punds eight Shilling Scotts money Item by The deceast Lord Cardross his regiment of Dragownes the Soume of Six Hundereth threttie eight punds nyn Shilling money foirsaid Item by The Viscount of Kenmwires regiment of foot the Soume of Two hundereth thriescore and ten punds money foirsaid Extending the haill Soumes foirsaids resting by his majesties forces upon Scotts pay to the Saids inhabitants of the paroch of Glenbucket to the Soume of Ane Thowsand fourtie two punds Seventyne Shilling Scotts money And the Comittie finds that the haill articles wherof this Last Soume is made up were all furnished preceeding the first day of februrary Jaj vic nyntie ane yeirs And that they are all in the termes of the nynth act fourth Sessione of this current parliament intituled act for polemoney and proclamationes of Counsell relative therto And therfor It is ther opinion that the said soume of Ane Thowsand Fourtie two punds Seventyne Shilling Scotts money is to be payed to the inhabitants of the said paroch of Glenbwchet out of the pole money imposed in anno Jaj vic nyntie thrie yeirs And that they are to be recommended to the Comissioners of parliament appointed anent the said polemoney for payment to them of the Same accordingly As the said Report bears The Lords of his majesties privie Counsell haveing considered the above report They heirby approve therof And recomend to the comissioners of parliament appointed anent the polemoney imposed in anno Jaj vic nyntie thrie to cause make payment to the above inhabitants of Glenbucket of the above Soume of Ane Thousand and Fourtie two punds Scotts money and Seventine Shilling money foirsaid And that out of the Said polemoney
