Procedure
Bothkennar takes the oath of alleadgeance and assureance
William Callander of Bothkennar a small Heretor of some2 Aikers of Land whose horses were seized by publict ordor Haveing offered to swear and signe the alleadgeance and assureance and Craved his horse may be restored and redelyvered to Him The Councill Recomended to the Lord Fountonhall one of ther owne number to administer the said oath and assureance to Him, and upon takeing therof appoynts his horses to be restored and delyvered to him, who did swear and subscryve accordinly
