Committie for considering proclamatione anent horses and armes etc

The Lords of his majesties privie Councill haveing Considered the proclamatione afterinsert anent the seazing of Horses and armes read in their presence They hereby recomend to the Earle of Lauderdale Lord Murray Lord Secretarie of State Lords Carmichaell and Polwarth Lord Justice Clerk Lord Fountonhall Laird of Grant and Sir Thomas Livingstone Commander in Cheiff of his Majesties forces within this kingdome whereof any three to be a quorum to consider the said proclamatione and if Coach Horses should be included therin or what alteratione will be fit to make upon the same any maner of way and to prepare it for the Councill against ther next meeting
