Liberatione Mr William Livingstoune of Kilsyth

The Lords of his Majesties privie Councill in obedience to his majesties Letter direct to them of the date the sexteenth day of December Last bypast doe Hereby Declare Master William Livingstoune of Kilsyth to be at full and free Libertie to goe about his lawfull affaires as any other of his majesties Leidges In respect he hes given bond and found sufficient Cautione acted in the books of privie Councill That He shall live peaceablie under and with all submissione to the present government of his Majestie King William and that He shall not act consult nor contryve any thing in prejudice thereof nor shall not converse nor Correspond with any Rebells and that He shall appear before the said Lords of privie Councill when called for under the penalty of ane thousand pound sterline in case He shall transgress in any part of the premisses.
