The Lord Chancellor produced a Letter be […] Agnew to the Lords of privie Counsell Giveing accompt that he hes seased the horses and armes of the Gentlemen in the Shyre of Wigtowne who have not qualified themselvs And craveing ther Lordships returne how they Shall be disposed on Which being read appoints this Letter to be putt in amongst the reports from the Comittie Anent horses and armes seased frae persones not qwalified
