Act and Remitt Mr Patrick Mowbray

The Lords of ther Majesties privy Councill haveing heard a petitione given in to them be Mr Patrick Mowbray Craveing That he might have the Sallerie modified by act of Parliament for the office of Counter warden in their Majesties mint allowed to him dureing the space and for time mentioned in the petition Read in their presence They Recomend to the Lord Cardross generall of their majesties Mint to Consider the petition and answers made therto for Walter Bosswall and Doe therin as he shall Think Fitt And ordaines letters of horning upon any Sentance that shall be pronunced be the said Lord Cardross to be direct upon Fiftein dayes and others neidfull informe as effeirs.
