Warrand for Continowing the process against ministers in Stratherne
The Councill being Informed by Sir James Ogilvie there majeties sollicitor That some ministers within the stewartry of Stratherne or shyre of Perth are cited In a lybell at his instance against them for not praying for there Majesties as King and Queen of this Realme To appear befor the saids Lords upon thursday next being the penult day of march Instant And sieing the Councill is adjourned to the first tuesday of Apryll next at ten in the forenoon The saids Lords doe hereby continow the process2 till that tyme And appoints the persones cited therein to attend the Councill then and ordaines the macers of Councill or any one of them to make Intimatione hereof at the great door of the roume where the Councill ordinarly meets And to ordain the persones cited in the said process to attend the said first tuesday of Apryll next at the hour forsaid with certification conforme to the lybell
