Petition John Hay Read and Remitted to the Committie formerly appointed anent Souldiers and diserters and in the mean tyme prohibits and Discharges the governor, Livet, or depute governor and other inferior officers within the castle of Blacknes to send or suffer the said petitioner to be caried abroad as a Souldier in the present Recruits nor to suffer him to Depart furth of the said Castle without express Order of Councill
