Uarrand For Letters of denunciatione Against The Earle of Balcarras and Home of Wedderburn
The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Considering that […] Earle of Ballcarras and […] Home of Wedderburne are Cited be vertue of Letters at the Instance of Sir James Steuart their Majesties Advocat To Have Compeared before their Lordships The said Earle at ane certaine day bygone and the said Laird of Wedderburne this day To Have suorne and signed the oath of alleadgance and signed the assurance appoynted by the late Act of parliament And that the said Earle and Laird of Wedderburne were this day called by ane Macer at the barr and faillzied to Compear Therfore the saids Lords Doe Heirby Grant Certificatione against them And ordaines Letters to be direct to Macers or messengers at armes Commanding them to pass to the mercat cross of […] and other places needfull And ther In their Majesties names and authority dewlie Laufully and ordorly Denunce the said Earle of Ballcarras and Laird of Wadderburne their Majesties rebells and putt them to their Highness horne And ordaine all their moveabill goods and gear to be Escheat and Inbrought to their Majesties use for their contempt and disobedience
