Act Reponeing Mr Duncan Beattoun

The Lords of there Majesties privie Councill doe hereby repone Mr Duncan Beattoun minister at Mull againest the Certificatione pronounced againest him in the Lybell at there Majestyes Advocatts instance againest severall ministers in Arguyllshyre whereof the said Mr Duncan is one for not praying for there Majestyes King William and Queen Mary as King and Queen of this realme And discharges the extracting or executeing of the Letters of denunceatione granted2 againest him If the same be not alreadie done And if the Letters be extracted and the said Mr Duncan denunced allowes the Clerks of Councill to pass and expead a suspensione of the saids Letters of denunceation In Mr Duncans favours without Cautione or Consignatione In respect the The said Mr Duncan hes this day Compeared befor the saids Lords And in there presence hes promised and engadged under his hand that for the future when he preaches he shall pray for there majesties King William and Queen Mary as King and Queen of this Realme
