Anent warrands for wryting to France

The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Doe heirby Recommend to the Lord High Chancellor and in his absence Gives warrand to the Lord Advocat to Grant warrand to any persones who are of their freinds or relationes presently in the Kingdome of France to wryte Letters to them to returne from the said kingdome In the termes of the Act of parliament And to transmitt money or bills for that effect The Letters being alwayes revised by the said Lord High Chancellor the Lord Advocat or Lord Justice Clark And appoynts coppies subscribed be the parties to be2 Left uith their Lordships in the same manner as is appoynted in the former warrands granted for wryting to the Countess of Southesk and others upon the tuenty Eight of Juny Last
