Uarrand for Imprisoning Michaell Malcolme

The uhich day Mathew Malcolme of Newhill and Robert Fyffe wryter in Edinburgh who were under bale before the Lords of privie Councell That they shall live peacably under their Majesties government and appear before the Councell when called for Being charged upon Being charged upon2 their bonds to appear as said is And Having appeared accordingly The said Michaell Malcolme Being requyred to take the oath of alleadgance and signe the assurance Conforme to the Late Act of parliament He refuised to doe the same And It being Informed that the said Robert Fyff is a trafficquer uith France Thar Majesties High Commissioner and Lords of privie Councell Doe Heirby ordaine the saids Michaell Malcolme and Robert Fyff to be Carryed prisoners from the Councell Barr to the tolbooth of Edinburgh And Gives ordor and uarrand to the Magistrats of Edinburgh and keeper of their tolbooth to receave the said Michaell Malcolme and Robert Fyff Into the same And detaine them prisoners therin till farder ordor of Councell And alloues the Clarks of Councell to delyver up to the saids Michaell Malcolme and Robert Fyff the former bonds granted be them and the Cautioners
