Warrand for Liberty to Sprinkell 2 houres in the day
The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Doe Heirby Give ordor and warrand to the Magistrats of Edinburgh Baillies of the Cannongate and Keeper of their tolbooth To permitt Sir Patrick Maxuell of Sprinkell to Come furth therof For the space of ane houre in the forenoon and ane other houre in the afternoon each day to the effect He may use his Endeavoures and skill for Curing a sone of the Lord Beilhavens of ane excrescence upon his body The said Lord Beilhaven first Inacting himself in the books of privie Councell That the said Sir Patrick shall returne againe to the said tolbooth each forenoon and each afternoon 2 uithin ane houre after he Comes furth of the same under the penalty of six Thousand merks scotts And declares the warrand shall Continow till the seventh of november nixt
