Warrand for transporting Leivt Collonell Ballfour to Edinburgh castle

The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Doe Heirby Give ordor and uarrand to the Magistrats of Edinburgh and Baillies of the Cannongate To Cause transport under a sufficient guaird from the tolbooth of the Cannongate to the castle of Edinburgh the persone of Leivt Collonell John Ballfoure of Fairnie And Recommends to the Earle of Leven principall Governour And Gives ordor to the Deputy Governour and other Commanding officers of the said castle to receave and detaine the said Leivt Collonell prisoner therin till farder ordor of Councell And upon his entering prisoner uithin the said castle Recommends to the Viscount of Tarbat Lord Clark Register And Gives ordor and warrand to his deputes Clarks of parliament to Give up and delyver to the said Leivtennant Collonell any bond parroll or other obleishment Granted be him or his Cautioners to the Conventione of estates or parliament
