The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Being Informed that […] Kemnock come from France uith the Earle of Uigtoune without aither pass or pardone and that he was in the rebellione in the Highlands Against their Majesties and the Government And that upon these Grounds The Lord Advocat hes caused Imprisone the said […] Kemnock in the tolbooth of Edinburgh They approve of what the Lord Advocat hes done in this matter And ordaines the said […] Kemnock to Continow prisoner in the tolbooth of Edinburgh wher he presently Is till further ordor of Councell
