Warrant

Warrand to Mr David Ramsay to wryte to the Lady Aldie

The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell doe Heirby allow and Give uarrand to Mr David Ramsay factor to Dam Grizel Mercer Ladie Aldie to wryte Letters to the said Lady Aldie presently in France to Returne from that Kingdome in the termes of the Late Act of parliament And to transmitt money or bills for that effect The Letters being first exhibited to and revysed by the Lord High Chancellor and in his absence by the Lord Advocat or Lord Justice Clark And appoyntes a Coppie of the Letters which shall be sent to be signed by the said David Ramsay and also by the Lord Chancellor and in case of his absence by the said Lord Advocat or Lord Justice Clark To remaine in the hands of aither of the saids three Councellors To the effect that if any other Correspondence be keeped The same may be punished according to the Act of parliament
