The Lybell James Dewar against Patrick Hay and others Called The pursuar Compeiring personally with Sir James Ogilvie his advocat, And some of the defenders Compeiring also personally with Sir David Thores their advocat and others of them being absent or at Desyre of the said Sir James not called the Lybell and answers read The Lord Commissione and Councill Admitts the Lybell to probatione, And nominats the Lord of Strathnaver, Mr Francis Montgomrie, Blackbarrony and Sir John Maxwell to examine the witnesses and Consider the writtes and any two of them to be a quorum and Reserves the objectiones against the witnesses to be propned and discussed before the Committie and appoints them to meet at four a Cloak this afternoon
