Liberatione Mr James Kirk

The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Doe Heirby Give ordor and uarrand to the Magistrats of Edinburgh and Keeper of their tolbooth to sett at Libertie furth therof Mr James Kirk Minister Imprisoned therin for marrying a souldier Contrare to the termes of the proclamatione of Councell made anent marrying of souldiers For which this shall be a sufficient warrand to all persones concerned
