Liberatione Ediesone and others anent the tumult of Edinburgh

Their Majesties High Commissioner and Lords of privie Counsell Doe Heirby Give ordor and uarrand to the Magistrats of Edinburgh and Keeper of their tolbooth To Sett at Liberty furth therof Andrew Ediesone taylior in Edinburgh […] Mathiesone […] and Pass Sungall a Blackmair who were all Imprisoned for being at the tumult in Edinburgh in the month of March last by past Each of the saids persones first Giving bond and finding sufficient Cautione acted in the books of privie Councell That they shall Live peacably under and uith all submissione to the present government of their Majesties King William and Queen Mary And that they shall not Act consult or Contryve any thing in prejudice therof And that they shall not Converss or Correspond uith any rebells nor be present at tumults and that they shall appear when called for each of them under the penaltie of five Hundred merks scotts a pece In caise any of them transgress In any part of the premisses
