Liberatione Mistress Bryssone

Anent the petitione Given in to the Lords of their Majesties privy Councell Be Agnas Scot relict of Andrew Brysone merchant in Edinburgh Sheuing That quher she hath now been Imprisoned these Eight ueeks and is a poor widow having only one daughter and most uilling to find Cautione beyond exceptione to appear when called for And is uithall conscious of nothing she hath Acted aither Against the Government or any persone Living And therfore Humbly Craving to the effect underwryten as the said petitione Bears The saids Lords Having Considered the above petitione They heirby Give ordor and warrand to the magistrats of Edinburgh and keeper of their tolbooth To sett the petitioner at Liberty furth therof In respect she hath Given bond and found sufficient Cautione Acted in the books of privy Councell That she shall Live peacably under and uith all submissione to the present Government of their Majesties King William and Queen Mary And that she shall not Act Consult nor Contryve anything in prejudice therof nor Converss or Correspond uith rebells And shall appear before the saids Lords of privy Councell when called for under the penaltie of ane hundreth pounds sterline In case she shall transgress in any part of the premisses
