Their Majesties Commissione under the Great seall of this Kingdome to Uilliam Duke of Hamiltone Lord president of privie Councell To Represent his Majesties sacred persone and bear his royall authority In the fourth sessione of this their Majesties Currant parliament as his Majesties Commissioner read and appoynted to be recorded in the privie Councell books And delyvered back to my Lord Commissioner his Grace who receaved the same on his knee from the Lord Chancellor And therafter my Lord Commissioner took his chair as his Majesties Commissioner
