The Lords of the Comittee of privie Councill appoynted for tryeing of theeves and robbers Gives order and warrand to the magistrates of Edinburgh Bailzies of the Canongate and Keeper of there tolbooth To sett at Liberty Furth thereof John Eastoun in Linlithgow In respect In respect2 he hes found sufficient Cautione acted in the books of privie Councill That he shall appear befor the saids Lords of privie Councill or there said Comittee And ansuer to what shall be Laid to his charge under the pain of Fyve Hundreth merks
