Procedure

Remitt to the Committie Anent Levys

The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Having Considered the report of the Committie appoynted for Considering and falling upon expedients for rendering speedy obedience to his Majesties Letter anent the Levy And the Councell Having againe heard his Majesties Letter and the Act of parliament anent the Levys They Heirby Recommend to the Comittie formerly appoynted in this matter to meet againe the morrow at nyne houres in the forenoon And to Consider what uill be fitt to be done In ordor to the preparing of the Levyes and for removing the difficulties which may occurr in raising of them To the effect they may be ready for shipping when the transport ships and Convoy shall be prepared to receave and Convoy them And also to prepare a draught of a Letter from the saids Lords to the Kings Majestie anent the transport shipps and Convoys and such other particulars in this matter as their Lordships uill have need of his Majesties Commands in And adds the Lords Polluarth and Justice Clark to the forsaid Committie and Continoues their Quorum as formerly to be any four of the whole
