Their Majesties High Commissioner and Lords of privie Councell Doe Heirby Give ordor and uarrand to the Magistrats of Edinburgh and Keeper of their tolbooth To Sett at Liberty furth the persone of Sir Robert Hamiltone presently prisoner therin For alleadged being present at the publicatione of a disloyall paper att the Cross of Sanquhar In respect Ther is noe probatione Found against him For which this shall be a sufficient warrand to the Keeper of the said tolbooth
