Warrand for tuo houres liberty each day to Sprinkell

The Lords of their Majesties privie Councell Considering that ther Act of the tenth day of october Last In favoures of Sir Patrick Maxuell of Sprinkell prisoner in the tolbooth of the Cannongate for not Giving bond and finding Cautione to make payment to Sir Thomas Muncreiff of that ilk Generall Receaver of their Majesties Croune rents of a yeers valued rent wherinto he is fyned by their Lordships for his refuising to suear and signe the oath of alleadgance and signe the Assurance To which he was requyred by the saids Lords Is expyred They Heirby Give ordor and uarrand to the magistrats of Edinburgh Baillies of the Cannongate and keeper of their tolbooth to permitt and allow the said Sir Patrick to Come out of the said tolbooth for the space of one houre in the forenoon and ane other in the afternoon each day To the effect he may use his indeavour and skill for Curing a son of the Lord Beilhavens of ane excrescence growing on his body The said Laird first binding and Inacting himself in the books of privy Councell that the said Sir Patrick shall returne to the said tolbooth each forenoon and afternoon uithin ane houre after he Comes furth therof And that his Lordship shall make payment to the said Sir Thomas Muncreiff of the said years valued rent In caise the said Sir Patrick shall transgress in any pairt of the premisses
