Committie Anent Hog and Wilsone

Their Majesties High Commissioner and Lords of privie Councell Doe Heirby approve of the Lord Justice Clark and Mr Frances Muntgomery their Giving ordor for imprisoning George Hog in Wintoune and James Wilsone wright ther as closs prisoners uithin the tolbooth of Edinburgh upon the account of their accessione to have Concurred in Carrying In a boat uith provisiones to the Bass And Recommends to the Committie formerly appoynted for examining the skipper of the said boat to examine the saids persones and to proceed farder therin by Causing seaze or Cite before the Councell or Committie such persones as they shall find concerned or able to make discovery in the said matter And ordaines the Magistrats of Edinburgh and keeper of their tolbooth to detaine the saids persones closs prisoners till farder of Councell
