Warrand superceeding the denunciatione of Langtoune and Cockburne
Their Majesties High Commissioner and Lords of privie Counsell Being Informed that Sir Archibald Cockburne elder of Langtoune and William Cockburne younger of that ilk are charged upon the bond as Cautioners for Archibald Cockburne younger of Langtoune To produce the said Archibald before the Lords of privy Councell They In respect of the Nottarietie of the said Archibald Cockburne younger of Langtoune his being furth of this realme Doe heirby Recommend to their Majesties Advocat and Gives ordor to their Majesties Sollicitor to Cause the said Archibald upon three score dayes In the Commone forme to appear before the Councell If he be not already charged for that effect And In the meantyme stopps any denunciatione Against the saids Cautioners untill the dayes in the charge given or to be Given to the said principall be elapsed and outrun
