The Councill allowes Henrie Hamiltoun merchand burges of Edinburgh who wes prisoner in the tolbooth of Edinburgh for alleadged accessione to the Late tumult in Edinburgh and is now at Liberty upon parroll be him and Gavine Hamiltone wreitter his Cautioner to be and Continow at Liberty In respect they find nothing proven of the said Henrie his accessione to the said tumult.
