Comittee anent a ship for security of trade in the Firth

The Councill recomends to the Viscount Tarbat Lord Advocat and Sir Thomas Livingstoun to speak such merchands as they shall think fitt And know from them If for the security of trade on this Firth They will reick out a fitt ship And the Government will furnish her with men Guns and other armes.
