The Lords of their majesties privy Councill doe heirby Ordaine their Clerks to accept of and receive a bond of Cautionrie of Laborowes subscryved by George Sinclair of Assyrie as Cautioner for John Sinclar his brother german, James Andersone of Amst Neill Mcean Vickneil in Assyrie, Allaster Mcharrie in Auchabandoch John Mcfaill in Assyrie Mr Mconale in Brytekynd William Mcallaster Conell younger, Donald Mcallasterknow younger John Sinclar Miller ther George Sinclar elder ther George Sinclar younger their Allaster Mcean vicknonichie younger Kynock Mcwilliam vickryriemore younger William Mcwatt younger, John Mccrying ther and Allaster Mccrymore ther And Sicklike John Sinclair eldest Lawfull sone to the said George Sinclar of Assyrie, And 2 the said John Sinclar of Asserie younger as Cautioner for the said George Sinclar his father and Isobell Sinclar his mother Against John Sinclar of Brynes Donald Hendersone and Hector Montro his servants James Sinclar in Lithmore Thomas and Donald Guns in Old Gueine Donald Moir in Forsie Androw Mcherrie ther and Allaster Mcqueen ther all chargers, And therupon to exped letters of Suspension of Laborowes for quhich this shall be suficient warrand.
