Liberatione James Malcolme

The Lords of there majesties privie Councill doe hereby grant order and warrand to the magistrats of Edinburgh and keeper of there tolbooth To sett at Liberty furth thereof James Malcome sone to John Malcome of Balbedie prisoner therein for alleadged accessione to the Late tumult in Edinburgh In respect the saids Lords foe not find it proven that the said James hade accessione to the said tumult.
