Remitt anent James Corss and others merchants in Glasgow

Petition James Corss and other merchants in Glasgow Complainang that Vessells from England Seize their ships in the River of Clyde and other rivers within this realme comeing from Ammerica And offering to provyde a shipp of Warr upon their oun expenses If the Lords of thesaurie will furnish and pay Seamen and Souldiers and Craveing the Councills approbatione Read and Recomended to the Lords Commissioners of their Majesties thesaurie to consider the said petitione and to call for and speak and treat with the parties anent the termes of outreiking the said ship and report to the Councill at their meetting.
